Building on its reputation as a leader for customer services, The Minster Machine Company has announced the creation of a dedicated repair parts operation.

The operation features dedicated manufacturing facilities with machine tools specialized for the production of repair parts, and a personnel team solely focused on meeting customers' repair parts needs.

Minster has historically shipped 80 percent of repair part orders within 24 hours. To further increase our response time we have dedicated a separate operation that will help improve part lead-times.

Besides maintaining its own machining capabilities, Minster's repair parts facility will maintain its own segregated inventory of frequently requested spare parts.

Minster also offers technical phone support, on-site field service, component repair, remanufacturing, training, and 24-hour emergency response to support customers' needs.
